Error starting "Foscam listener"?

Getting the following error in my system log, constantly:

Error starting Foscam listener, is there another application using port 10000?

I have Foscams, but I rarely use HSTouch to view them, I use OWLR to view them on my smartphone. And I have no idea what's on port 10000.

Is there a way to stop the "Foscam Listener" from listening? Box his ears, maybe?
