Schlage Connect Door Lock

I'm a new user. I'm able to get the device to lock/unlock with Homeseer H3, but not HS3 Touch. HS3 Touch displays a keypad, which I assume is asking for a password. Passwords that are physically entered on the keypad don't cause anything to happen. Not sure if there is another password I'm supposed to be entering?

Go to Setup > Network and look for HSTouch Protected Screens Password. Enter a code for the password.
