Have you downloaded the latest beta of the designer and client? Not sure but this note might be your issue.

Release notes:

• Changed connection code to handle redundant MyHS servers. If using MyHS, this will be a required build when MyHS enables redundant server support.

I am no longer able to log into the HomeSeer server through HSTouch. The message says "connected but unauthorized". I reset my password today prior to trying to access HSTouch. I am using the correct user name and new password. ???? Am I missing a step?
