    This is the log and get this error whenever I try logging on thru my Note 8.
    1. worked with tech support several times but they're at a loss. focused on the user config file but no joy
    2. Can run hstouch with zero changes, if HS2Pro is up only happens with HS3pro
    3. There is a default user account which password is this supposed to be? matching HS3? changed both to match but no joy
    4. I run a domain server and the account that I run HS2 and 3 are not at the admin level albiet I run HS3 at admin level
    5. I get this speaker error. but it seems fine (7/25 is my last restart). this could have been internet issues.

      because of this check box ...happened to figure this out on my own.. Another interesting nonsense is every time I start HS3 I have to reset the password for the speaker. otherwise I get that speaker connection failure. whats that about
