  • HS Touch wont connect remotely - Solved!

    New to the system, but am running HS3 Pro to control all aspects of my home automation. Seems to run great, connects without issue when I am on the same network, but HSTouch will not connect remotely. HS Mobile does, but I don't like the UI and would prefer to keep my custom designed HStouch screens. Any suggestions?

    Have you checked this box in Tools->Setup->network - Automatically create HSTouch users authenticated through MyHS ?

    On the mobile phone have you setup the myHS data?

    I am assuming you have deployed hstouch project to the phone??

      Yes, that box is checked. Hstouch has been deployed (works great when I am on the same network). When on mobile data though, I try connecting through my homeseer and I get the error message, connected but not authorized. Using the same username and password I can login to the web server and use the homeseer mobile app, just not hstouch.

        Thanks for your help, I think I figured it out. Did not realize the username was case sensitive and tried again, this time with success.
