Image button not disappearing

I have made an image button, set the condition to track a device, then set its on state to show an image and it's off state set to transparent . When deploying the screen to the touchpad , if the device is off, the image isn't shown, exactly as I want, when the device goes on, the image appears, again , just how I want, however , when the device turns back off, the image stays .

Anyone have an idea of what I could be doing wrong ?

In your status tracking, are you tracking on device status or device value?
I have better luck with device value than device status...

yes i am trackin on value. I played around a bit more, if i use 2 different images it works just fine, however i just want an image to appear when the device is on and be transparent when its not. seems there isnt that option although transparent is an option on the collection list

Correct - I dont think that will work.
