  • HSTouch App Still Not Showing Dashboard Devices

    In the HSTouch App after you place some devices in a created dashboard all you get is a circulating arrow and the devices never show. You have to clear out all devices and start over and sometimes that does not work. Please fix.

    I have noticed that there are certain devices that cause the circulating arrow to go forever. Two of the ones I have that do it are the vision siren and a zooz zen06.

    Has anyone else found other devices that cause this? Maybe if we had a list going they could figure out a similarity and fix this!

      You guys are referring to HomeSeer Mobile and not HSTouch correct?

        Rupp, yes I am referring to the Homeseer Mobile App.

          I can add two more devices to this. The zooz zen15 power switch and the GoControl GC-TBZ48 thermostat. Both of these products when added to a dashboard cause the arrow problem.
