Resizing from Android to iPhone - old problem

Just checking if there is solution to old issue..

I have a project that started as 640 X 360 Android app. After investing a lot of time into it, my wife purchased iPhone and I realized that my app will not automatically scale to iphone screen. When I publish it on Iphone , part of the app "sticks outside" the visible area of the screen.

When I checked with support last year I was told the only option is to create new app..

Is anyone aware of a solution to this old problem ? Maintaining two apps is a pain.

I built HSTouch screens for my iPhone. Recently got an iPad, thinking it would just scale up (or like a lot of apps, have an expand-arrow icon in the lower right). Nope

I was hoping that at the very least, I could copy the iPhone project so it retains all the logic, and layout the screens for the larger iPad. Is that possible ?
