Toggle on/off option not always available?

I've created an on/off toggle for one of my receivers using the BLDenon PI.

When i setup the ActionWhenPressed to Control a Homeseer device... one of the options is "toggle on/off". Works great.

I setup a didfferent receiver, and that option isn't available, so i'm not sure how to create a toggle switch for it?

And what is weird is the device graphic properties in HS3 are both identical.

What am i missing or how can i fix?

Looks like the Control Use settings are different. Maybe that's what's missing on the one not showing toggle.

Correct. HStouch toggle option is based on "control use". "on" and "off" must be present in HS device graphics properties.

I'm pretty embarrassed. I promised i looked at those two screens side by side multiple times and never saw that. I need my wife to start looking over my shoulder when this stuff happens.
