Element Association options greyed out

In the middle of my project that I was working on the option "Use Status Text" and "Use Value" are greyed out. The only option that is selected "Use Status Image"
These options should be available when I add status tracking to an image.

My old images still work but I can't add any more other images that track the status of a device and add statusimages.

I removed hstouch designer from my computer and reinstalled it after I removed all my project files and hstouch images. I rollback my HS4 server to a previous backup but the options is still greyed out.

Does anyone know what could explain this behaviour?

Is this a new device? Did you check the Status/Graphics screen on the HS4 Device page to make sure there are values?

If not, then you'll need to add a New Single Value or a New Range Value.

Maybe you are trying to add the Root Device to your HSTouch screen instead of a child device (Feature)?

Thanks for the reply, I just found out that I always was like that (the value and string options greyed out). quite logical since it's an image. The status image wasn't working but it's now (invalid path).
