HSTouch Designer "Deploy" greyed out

Hi,
I have another post in the apple client section, but I noticed that Tools->Deploy is greyed out for me. I am connected to the HS3 server, as is my iPad HSTouch application (via myhs). The iPad is showing the default HSTouch screens, not my newly designed screens.
I think I am doing something wrong here, as I can only run my HSTouch designer application in the windows client and nothing else.
Please help ...

I restarted HSTouch Designer and it all started working.

I think that if the client is not connected before you start Designer, it will not see it connect later. Anyway, I remember having this problem before.
