    "Free" plugins

On the HS4 shop page, it says:
More Free Integrations - HS4 will include free plugins for popular smart products from Philips, Harmony, Ecobee, MyQ and more.
What is the plan to release these free plugins, for example, the MyQ plugin? I'm currently beta testing 4.x, but there are several HS3 plugins that I'd prefer not to purchase if the functionality will be included in HS4 directly.

    Thanks!

See here https://homeseer.com/hs4-smart-home-...tion-software/ and check the "Popular Integrations" tab. I do have the MyQ plugin but to my knowledge it's not something that will be included with HS4. I also purchased the Chromecast and Harmony plugin which will now be included in HS4. I guess I kind of wasted my money on this because I haven't used those plugins. These are still things on my to-do list. As you will see, there are others now included including Ecobee, Philips HUE, Rachi, Wemo, etc.

      Thanks. Interesting chart.

The claim I saw that MyQ would be included in HS4 is here: https://shop.homeseer.com/collection...grade-from-hs3 . Interesting how that differs from the chart. Wonder if things have changed, or if they are just not in sync.

Hmm, Indeed, they do mention MyQ. MyQ actually had a closed interface because they tried to charge customers if they want to control their garage door outside of their app. This approach made no sense. Who is going to pay so they can control their door outside of an app, control their lights outside from an app, etc. So why pay to control a garage door outside of an app?? I kept on getting on their case about this and so did a few other people. They finally opened up the interface "temporarily". I haven't checked back since then because they did open up the interface and I already purchased to plugin. That's another plugin I don't use, though, because I park my car in the driveway. In any case, with an open interface HS now can easily interface with MyQ which is why they might have it as part of HS4. It would make a lot of sense that HS integrates this because MyQ is used a lot in the USA.
