    HSMobile - No devices

    Hi all,

    Just upgraded to HS4, got it all working with https://myhs.homeseer.com/ by changing my primary system. However when I login to HSMobile with my myHS credentials it says no devices found, have I missed something? Any ideas on how to fix it?

    Same here.... After multiple attempts of upgrading via Homeseers' upgrade path and allowing it to trash my HS3 system, I ended up having to just use the Disc image for a complete install. But like you , no matter what I try , I can not get any devices to show up in the HSMobile app.

      I noticed at the very end, the default user/password combination that I had used with HSMobile in HS3 was no longer there with HS4... once I used the account that WAS in HS4, all is good.
