    Warning~!~Unable to load counters config file, trying backup

    Since taking the last update i get an error when loading HS4.

    Thoughts on how to solve this.

    This has been reported several times. In the mean time create a dummy counter and timer. You should be able to delete them after a HS4 restart.

      This shouldn't affect your system and can be ignored as it is an erroneous error message that is being fixed.

              I was getting the same and I have never created a timer/counter in HS3 or HS4 since upgrading. I created one timer and one counter in 4.1.3.0, then restarted HS4 and the erroneous error message is no longer prompting.
