Chromecast Plugin does not display Google home devices - in Chromecast Management

Tried reboot, tried chatting with support - No avail- putting it out to forum to see if anyone has any ideas
Notable Running on Windows Server 2019 STD ( shoudl not be an impact aside from understanding what underlying services need be be enabled.
In addition could not find any troubleshooting info on Chromcast plugin by HS4 in any help file or under HS4 plugins.
Curious ? where is the User and Admin Manual for HS4 and plugins stored at or URL.

Is HS on the same ip as the google devices? Do you have anything unusual as far as routers?

I use a program called Wireless Network Watcher from nirsoft.net. Free and easy to see what's actually on your system wired or wifi. try it out and see what shows up.

Hmm, Will check thanks for the info HS is wired and Google homes are wifi thus they are two different subnets will check Multicast ability on Firewall ( Sonicwall TZ300) - But you would think that logs would indicate some sense to this lack of connectivity .

Chromecast PI doens't know you have a connectivity issue if it has not seen any Google devices. Once it finds a device and loses it then you'll get connectivity issues in the log.
