Nortek HUSBZB-1

Can I use the Nortek HUSBZB-1 for both Z-wave and Zigbee AT THE SAME TIME? I am reading conflicting messages some saying you can only us the Z-wave part or the Zigbee part but not both and a few claim both can be used. So what's correct?

Also what is the difference between the SmartStick+ G2 and Nortek HUSBZB-1? So far all my wireless devices are Z-wave so I am looking for the best solution for z-wave.

HUSBZB-1 Z-Wave and Zigbee circuitry's are completely independent; no reason both can't be used at same time.

Does the Nortek HUSBZB-1 also support Z-wave Plus as the SmartStick+ G2? Are there other differences?
