I despise online help and the "articles", now offered for documentation, are horrible. Having been burned as an early adopter of HS3, I've no interest in installing HS4 for a few more months, just to gain the documentation, if that is even where it is, if it even exists at all. I may be part of a vast minority, but I can't fathom the production of any complex product without a user's manual.
