I've had this happen twice. Click on the X to close HS4 and the log shows the shut down stalled at saving data. The only way to complete the shut down is to kill the app. At the same time I have the Win 10 message that updates require a restart. I close all running programs and select update and restart. Get the message that HS4 is preventing restart, so I kill it. Luckily, everything started up normally. Note, I did just do the 4.1.10.0 after the restart.
Not sure if this is an HS4 issue or a Win10 issue. In any case, what is the best course of action to take when HS4 won't shut down?
