    Cannot log into HS Mobile after HS4 upgrade... - Solved!

    After upgrading per the website instructions, I tried logging into HomeSeer Mobile via my iPhone and receive an error stating the username and/or password are incorrect. The upgrade process did have me change my password and I can log into the web interface locally with it. I have tried both passwords. Get an error now when logging into HS Mobile, โ€œcurrent system version is not in the same formatโ€. Any help would be much appreciated

    Is your myHS user account "pointing" to your newly upgraded Hs4 license?
    Is your myHS account listed in your HS4 user accounts with Admin plus local access enabled?
    Are you logging into HSMobile with your myHS user account?
    Lastly, have you ensured that your myHS account credentials match those of your HS4 user account and those being used in HSMobile?

      Thank you, this helped me figure it out. I had to add a username in HS4 that is the same email and password I use for the myhs website.
