where do I put a one-liner script command (e.g. &hs.FTP...) in an Event?

    where do I put a one-liner script command (e.g. &hs.FTP...) in an Event?

    I know I've seen this somewhere, but I cannot get a &hs.FTP command to go in any of the EVENT fields that looked appropriate. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
