still having issues with the very basics creating a vitrual device

I gave up on trying to avoid a root for virtual devices. I just leave it be and create features.


From here you can make ranges or other specific values.

Is this where your issue is?

to me this should be a no brainer setting up a virtual device, but it is the most frustrating thing
i really don't understand why other people trying to set up custom devices for there events are not seeing this

But what you have looks fine except that you need a status/graphic for 0. Where it says Off in Status/Controls. I'm not sure I understand what you're having a problem with.

it was there at one point but disappeared when adding another status graphics.

Latest i had on my ticket about 4 hrs ago after escalation a while back was that the engineers are "actively working on resolving this now" so although they could not give a date it will hopefully be soon.

Just tested on old and new devices and the graphics seem to now stick which is great..
