Changed Networks and HS4 No Longer Runs

I'm probably missing something obvious, but I had to change my network router, which means my HS4 computer now has a new IP address. When I try to start HS4 I get the message "error starting web server, port in use". I have always run a different port to avoid conflicts, and I know there is nothing else using that port. Also, when it tries to launch the web page, it attempts to launch the old IP address instead of the address it now has. Any help is appreciated.

    DOH!!!
IP address is 3 lines below the port setting in the .ini file. Stupid me.
