In HS3 I used "http://192......../replace" to replace old with new devices. It worked marginally well. I tried the same in HS4. It brings up the appropriate screen, but both the device to be replaced and the replacement device get deleted. This is definitely not useful. Is there another way to replace devices in HS4?

Is there a new replace device function in HS4?

I have and did not experience any issue that I remember. However, last time I used the "Replace Node" function under "ZWaveWho."
http://192.XXX.XX.XX/ZWaveWho
Then click on the Full Name of the Node you wish to replace.
Go to the Z-Wave Tab
Then click on the "Replace Node" button.
Give that one a try.

I probably could make a fortune if I could wake the dead.
If the node to be replaced is still powered on, you will have to power it off so that the connectivity test says cannot reach node, otherwise it wont let you delete the bad node

mikee123, many thanxs for the comeback, in some ways IMHO the z-wave tools in HS3 were more intuitive, since we normally don't mess around with z-wave stuff unless something is broken, I find myself wandering amongst the various functions trying to figure it that there's an elephant in the room! I take it the "Z-Wavewho" doesn't exist for HS4?Computer: CUK Intel NUC7i7BNH
