Unable to start plug-in API: An attempt was..... Error.
Moving to HS4 has not been as easy as I would have like. So many little issues.. SMH...
I digress... Here is a major one..
Every 4 to 6 server reboots, I'm welcomed to this error. This halts HS4 loading of plug-ins, and leaves the Sentry in some strange state that it it's self locks up.
I have confirmed (using netstat -ano) port 10401 is not being used by any other service or program.
It seems, one failure causes the other?
I don't know where to start with this one.
