Rich, So sorry for your loss. I've wandered off the HS path a few times but keep finding myself coming back.

My sincerest sympathy is with you Rich. Having lost my long time partner on Hallowe'en evening last year, I fully understand.

            Rich,

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. This is hard, loosing a strong pillar in your life das well as an important part of your company.
These times are not easy and I do think it is good and VERY brave to come out like this. It clears up a lot of question I had as a long time user lately.
Wishing you strength with this, even after 8 months... I do still here feel the loss of my mom last year....

              Rich,

All I can say is that I am stunned. Karen was such an elegant lady and a wonderful friend. Please accept Patty's and my sincere condolences.
I know she is in a better place, and if I knew Karen, she probably lambasted you to tell you to go back to work! Karen was exactly like that.

If there is anything you need, at all, we're here for you.

              Kindest and warmest regards,
              George & Patty

So sorry for your loss. Please accept our sincerest condolences.

I lost my dad last year, and we still feel the pain. Probably always will to some degree. I am sure this does not even come close to losing a spouse and someone you worked with in your business. Stay strong!

My sincerest condolences. As a fellow business owner I can't even imagine how difficult this must be.
Stay safe and stay strong and try to remember all the joy Homeseer has brought to this community through you and your wife's hard work.

                    Best wishes,

My sincere condolences for your loss, Rich. I feel for you.

As you offered to take change requests here, I would like to request the inclusion of Local Fulfillment in the Google Assistant/Home integration. The reason is that I believe/hope this would go a long way towards negating the "Sorry I couldn't reach HomeSeer" responses.

Sorry for your loss. Thank you for your honesty and renewed promise to continue to make HS4 the best HA software available.

Any chance you can put ticket HSCS-7985 and HSCS-8344 a little higher on the priority list? 7985 seems to affect several of my plugin users, and 8344 was just created but is an issue I am having for several weeks/months (and not just me according to this forum).

                            Thanks!

HSCS-7985 is caused by a floating point comparison issue in the Plugin SDK, that I have just fixed. The fix will be in the next version of HS4/PluginSdk
