Temperature report logging multiple times for same event

As described in title, my Fibaro Universal Binary Sensor with temp probe attached always reports 2 or 4 times in the logs.
I thought i was perhaps a HS3 issue but it's still doing it in HS4.

Yup, my Qubino temp sensors also gets reported twice per change. It's an HS issue that I'm sure is the very highest piece of fruit.

I opted to stop logging that data.

I tried to reduce refrequency of said reports but for some reason its not changing.
I don't know whether it's HS4 or the device... it worked with HS3. I'm so regretting changing right now. You now don't know if something is faulty or whether its a HS4 bug

I have a zooz power strip that does this for reporting power stats on the devices. I don't ever look at the log unless there is an issue (which for me is not very often)so the duplicate entries are not worth the time and effort to do something about.
