Logging local logins when setting=off

On HS4 4.2.0.0

Noticed log filling up with messages about logins as below. But turned local login logging off in Setup. Still logging. Turned Remote logging off and these stopped. Not sure why HS thought these were remote logins?? Settings below. There are no directions on how to enter the Local Subnets, maybe mine are not what is expected?
