    OK, so I finally installed HS4 ...

    rjh

OK, so I finally installed HS4 and I haven't played with it, yet, but I did note some things in the installation:

    1) Step 2 of the instructions says to delete users.cfg and users.cfg.temp. If one has HSSentry checked, that doesn't really do anything, because by the time the user is into the next section, "Installing and Setting up HS4 (Preferred Method)" it has already created two new users.cfg and users.cfg.temp files.

    2) Once I installed the software, it was obviously running with no errors in the log, but was not accessible via browser. It looks to me like it would be a lot easier on the user to catch the "software not registered" error and have the software go to the http://[computer_IP]:[Previous Port Used].register.html page instead of panicking the user with an apparent dead end.

    3) The user is asked if they want to upgrade their MyHS service. There should be pricing and features on that page, so the user has a clue what it is, why he needs it, and how much it costs. I said, "Yes!," and it apparently did nothing, as I was not asked: which plan, for payment, or anything else.

Otherwise, the installation seems to have gone very smoothly.
