    GE switch indicator light change.

New user here, coming over from SmartThings. Have multiple GE switches with the indicator light and I prefer to have the light lit when the switch is on. I don’t see a place to make that change in the software. What am I missing?

Go to Device Manager, select the switch you want to change, then Z-Wave, Settings and change the value of Parameter 3 to 1.

    LED Light
When shipped from the factory, the LED is set to turn ON when the connected light is turned OFF. This is the default setting and can be changed if your primary controller supports the node configuration function. To make the LED turn ON when the light is turned ON, change parameter 3’s value to “1”. To turn the LED OFF at all times, change parameter 3’s value to 2.
    • Parameter No: 3
    • Length: 1 Byte
    • Valid Values = 0, 1 or 2 (default 0)

Thanks a bunch Archcantor! This worked perfectly.

Here's a tip: all certified Z-Wave products are listed at zwavealliance.org. This is handy if you don't have the user's guide.

For example, a search for Jasco (which makes the GE switches): https://products.z-wavealliance.org/...rchText=Jasco+ will find their products,

Here's the configuration parameters for a GE wall switch (note that there are several different generations of these, some branded GE, others branded Jasco or Honeywell, etc. Search by product number if you can.)

          https://products.z-wavealliance.org/...dFrequencyId=2
