Issue's adding node

Hello all,
Im having an issue adding a linear garage door opener on my system and its driving me insane. I have 3 of these and 2 of them included with no issues. This last one is a pita. I have excluded and included several times to no avail.

I would remove it again, then try to add it unsecured instead of secured.

Yes tried that in fact I never or have never added a secured node. So far I have excluded totally reset the opener and included this about a dozen or so times with the same results.

This sounds like it may be a bad unit.
