Optimize or Full Optimize

So just installed HS4 from scratch instead of doing the upgrade steps from HS3. I re-added all my devices. So now do I do a Full Optimize or just the Optimize option on a z wave plus device that is in a central area or a device that closest to my controller? I read in one of the threads just to use the Optimize option vs doing a Full Optimize..

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Full Optimize calculates and determines return routes where as the regular Optimize doesn't.
I basically just Optimize individual nodes working from the controller out. I'd take this process slowly as the network tries to establish itself.
