    Issue with device page not updating on either browsers (chrome, explorer and Edge)

    Hi

    I am wondering if I am the only one with issues where if I select specific room, floor or category, the only way to see the selected choices is to do a refresh on the browser ?

    The same problem, if I clear the selection by pressing the 'X' besire the filter, the page does not auto refresh and I have to do a manual refresh to display the newe filtered devices

    HS 4.2.6 running on windows

    Just something to check.... Hit F12 in your browser to bring up the debugging window. Click on the Console tab.
    Are there any errors in there?

      I have no clue as to how I can fix these !!!

      Can you provide me with some guidance on how to fix this issue.
      thanks

      Problem is that sometimes it works sometime it does not work and that is even if I select the exact same filter parameters (either working or not, the message in the console are there). This morning I had to reboot the server and that is where I found out that page refresh started back to work as I select filters but I know they will stop because it comes and goes over time

          Not sure how to fix, but there is some invalid JSON coming back - might have to get with HST and pass this info along to them...

            For future reference, had the exact same issue/errors;
            was related to a custom device.html; had to revert back to the original unfortunately.

            hoping theses changes will make their way to the original version...
