Insteon device not showing in HS4/MYHS

I am one of the insteon orphans who found his way here so I am brand new to HS. I downloaded HS4 to my W10 Pro desktop and added Marks Insteon plugin. I have been able to link to three of my four light switches and I see all three of those devices when I am working in the plugin. I can only see the first two I added however in the main HS4 program or with MYHS. How do I get the third device to show beyond the insteon plugin? Thanks,

Make sure there is no filtering set on the HS4 Devices page. Also check that even hidden devices are displayed:
