    All neighbor rating is: Poor

Most if not all my nodes have always been rated as "poor".
I have tried numerous types of optimizing but no difference.

Below is a typical example with a node that is only abut 10 feet from the controller.

    Auditing node 27 (Node 27 Family Room Blind 1 Node 27 Blind 1) ...
HomeSeer was able to send a frame to the node.
HomeSeer was able to query the node and receive information back from it.
The node's neighbor rating is: Poor with 12 neighbors.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Try this:

On each of those devices do this:
    • Test Connectivity
    • Audit this Node
    • Optimize (NOT Full Optimize)
    • Audit again and you should see more and stronger neighbors.
Again, you may have to run a couple iterations as the first couple you do are not in the routing tables. Start from the inside out and you should notice with each optimize each node will get better connectivity. Also, you may want to check out the "Nodes" list in the plugin and just see which devices are rated as a neighbor.

Thanks George for the prompt reply.
I exactly followed your advise 6 times and below are the results.
The first entry was the original before starting optimization.
      Node 3
      Neighbors: 2, 5, 9, 10, 16, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38, 63, 66, 77, 78, 81, 82, 85 (Acceptable)
      Neighbors: 2, 16, 33, 34, 35, 38, 63, 66, 77, 78, 81 (Poor)
      Neighbors: 2, 16, 33, 34, 35, 38, 63, 66, 77, 78, 81 (Poor)
      Neighbors: 2, 9, 16, 33, 34, 35, 38, 63, 66, 77, 78, 81 (Poor)
      Neighbors: 2, 9, 16, 31, 33, 34, 35, 38, 63, 66, 77, 78, 81 (Poor)
      Neighbors: 2, 9, 16, 33, 34, 35, 38, 63, 66, 77, 78, 81 (Poor)
      Neighbors: 2, 9, 16, 33, 34, 35, 38, 63, 66, 77, 78, 81 (Poor)
I'm not sure how to interpret these results or the definition of "Poor".

Very weird unless they are all very far away. Each one should build off the other one.

        A couple of questions.

What version of the Core Plugin are you running? And everything I said above should be done in Z-Wave Core not in Z-Wave UI.
In looking at your results, Node 3 has all those neighbors. What Z-Stick do you have or is this a Z-Net install?

          Z-wave Controller 3.0.10.0
Two Z-wave Interfaces (located in separate buildings)
All commands were executed from the HomeSeer GUI residing on the Windows10 Computer.
All Neighbor nodes are within 30 feet of Z-NetEthernet01 (Node 1) Interface.

Notice below, the next day, Node 3, an audit now shows "Excellent" rather than "Poor" and the Neighbors table remained the same. It is possible that a Windows update forced a reboot within that time frame, if that is even significant.

I then performed the same test with the adjacent Blind 4 Node 7 located next to Blind 5 Node 3
Similar to the previous test the day before on Node 3, notice before starting optimizations Node 7's rating was "Excellent" and after optimizing was degraded to 'Acceptable".
Can you recommend an article that explains how HomeSeer arrives at these these ratings and why the ratings would change but the table remained the same?
