When I start my HS4 software on the PC that hosts it, I have this as the last entry in the log "HomeSeer~!~Startup~!~HStouch server started, waiting for clients to connect." I con not control any of my devices. I have mostly Insteon devices, but also MyQ garage door opener on the HS4 software. Any idea's what might cause this error?

Not sure if that is your issue however...do you use HSTouch?
If not, turn the server off under Setup/Network Tab and look for the HSTouch settings.Jon

Not sure if this will help, but I suspect it's got something to do with the next actions after the HSTouch startup.
In my last restart, the next action in the log was "Running the startup script Startup.vb" followed by "Starting Event Scheduler..."
