    Unable to install plugin(s)

    Can not install any plugin. Is there a issue or is the root cause my new firewall?

        You should be able to check the FW logs to see the blocked/dropped connection, filtering on the source IP of your HS host on your network.

          That will only tell: Could not associate packet to any connection. And has options to capture the packet.

          It seems that the heartbeat message is missing.
