Building36 Alarm.com Thermostat and Remote Sensor install error with Z-wave

I have the following errors with my ADC-T3000 from Alarm.com Building36. The following error was reported:

Node 3 Supports the Thermostat Fan Mode Command Class, but failed to return a list of supported thermostat fan modes - cannot continue.

and for the ADC-S2000T:

I have a number of these devices and I am evaluating whether HomeSeer HS4 is compatible with these devices.
