HS3 to HS4 Upgrade Question

Do I need to create another MyHS account for HS4 because my MyHS Settings page won't let me use my HS3 MyHS credentials?

I reset my password. Now when I try to login, I get the error, "Email Verification not found"

If you can't login to myHS to update your license that is attached to your myHS account this you will want to put in a support ticket to have your account removed so you can recreate it using your new HS4 credentials.
