I'm running 5 HS4 systems (4.2.16) (4 Windows, 1 HomeTroller) in different locations. Two Windows installations are having problems lately. Frequent restarts (not Windows restarts) and periodically not being able to render the web interface. I've spent endless hours troubleshooting without success. So I want to try reinstalling HS4 without losing settings now. I've heard that uninstalling the current HS4 and then running the HS4 installer (maybe back to 4.2.15) will refresh the installation and retain the settings. Is this the correct procedure?
