You need to restore the new Z-Wave interface. You should have backups stored under \HomeSeer HS*\Data\Z-Wave. A new backup is automatically created with each inclusion or exclusion. Pick “Restore Interface from Backup”.Originally posted by Mr Rusty View Post

Z-wave interface failed. Adding a new interface
I have HS4 running for about a year on surface pro. I was going to transfer it to a Dell Optiplex 3050 micro, but before I did the z-wave interface failed.
I have backed up on the Surface pro and restored it to Optiplex. I have added a new Aeotec z-stick gen 5+ and removed the UZB3. The aeotec is now the only interface and is enabled.
How do I get the new stick to communicate with the devices?
