I purchased Amcrest cameras because they are specifically listed as cameras that will auto discover and connect to HS4, but they are not populating in my camera list. I have tried to add them manually but to no avail. I found the feed from the camera at rtsp://"ip address":554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0&unicast=true&proto=Onvif and when I drop this into VLC media player, I can see the stream from the camera, but still cannot see it in HS4, I just updated to 4.2.16.0 to see if this helped, but still the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
