This topic has been asked and answered, but the clarity of the answers was occluded in a morass of dead links concerning "Homeseer Help." What is the best practice in using Homeseer to back up multiple z-nets?

You shouldn’t need to bother, since a backup is created with each inclusion or exclusion. If you want a manual backup, you need to do one for each controller. David zwolfpack helped me put together an automatic backup script. I’m not using it any longer. I could probably dig it up again.HS4 Pro, 4.2.18.3 Windows 10 pro, Supermicro LP Xeon

Let me be more specific. I'm running Version 4.16.2.0 and thinking of upgrading to the latest beta. I obviously want to cover my backside as I have been epically burned by HST betas before. I am currently using BLBackUp and capturing the entire HS4 directory structure. I'm beginning to wonder if that is enough, since running multiple hubs is new to me. So, I'm thinking a manual backup might be a bit excessive, but very cheap insurance.
1) So, that said, I think you are saying that for a manual backup, I need to back up all (both, in my case) Z-Nets via [Plugins>Z-Wave>{controller_Name}>Actions>Backup This Interface] for each hub and then do a manual backup of HS4 via [Tools>Backup/Restore>Backup Now]. Do I have that right?
2) Does capturing the HS4 directory structure cover me entirely, if I lose a hub or hard drive? What do I not get in this step that I would have in step (1)? Anything?
PS
If step 1 is chosen, does one run restore just once?HomeSeer Version: HS4 Pro Edition 4.2.18.1

While backups are important, unless the daughter card in the Z-Net fails, that data is stable.HomeSeer Version: HS4 Pro Edition 4.2.18.1
