The log file is an SQLite database. It can occasionally become corrupted. To fix it, delete it and let it start over. You will lose past logging, but it will be good going forward. When you say it is initialized at startup, does that mean is is cleared at each startup?

Independent of browser (chrome as well as edge) and even PC. I renamed the log file, so it started recreating a new one. Now logfile seems to be initalised when restarting homeseer. Better, but still not normal.

What browser version are you using? Try clearing your browser cache.

Have you tried a different browser?

started a topic HS4 log interface misbehaving?

    HS4 log interface misbehaving?

My log interface is misbehaving since my upgrade from HS3 to HS4.

The date / hour selection does not work:
    • e.g. today, I can only select today midnight max; in the interface. I can also not type in the field. I am sure there is much more in the file (200 Mb), but no way to show the older logs, even when resetting / clearing al filters.
    • In date / hour 'from - to' filtering, the 'to' setting misbehave. If I select a date, I find myself with 00:00 filled in the field
Anyone any idea how to solve this?
