Upgrading from HS3 Pro to HS4 Pro

I am a little late in doing the upgrade from HS3 to HS4, but I would like to get started. Is there a document, topic, etc showing how to do this? Also I have Homeseer phone one HS3, and I know it doesn’t work with HS4, so how can I keep it working?

Thank you. If I don’t install HS4 in the same directory and leave HS3 can I keep running HS3 to keep the HS phone feature?
