Since the last upgrade to HS4 Pro Edition 4.2.17.0, automatic backups have stopped working. A bug has been entered. My backups were scheduled to begin at 3am to the default location. When checking the backup files, I discovered the backup did not take place. I checked the log and saw that MyHS4 was being restarted at 3am and had assumed that the backup was averted since it was scheduled at the same time. Changed the back-up time to 3:05am -- after MyHS restarts -- but still did not run. CHECK YOUR BACKUPS! Manual backups do work and I'm doing manual until resolved.

Mine did the same and I changed the time to 2am and they worked. Can you try changing the time from the default 3am? -
I believe there is another post on this. 4.2.18 resolved this issue or possibly 4.2.18.1 or 4.2.18.2...Comment

Same problem here on 4.2.17. Holding off on .18 until some of the bugs discovered in that are cleared up!Comment
