VIDEO: How Conditional Actions Affect Event Creation

I applaud the video and efforts by the HST team
One thing users should be aware of, the downside of consolidation of events into an event with a recurring trigger is that if you normally log when events fire, your log will be flooded (ie, once a minute using the example in the video) with these events cyclically triggering. You also lose some granularity of what happened or why (though CAPI control for the devices should log).
One solution others have come up with is to add a write log action to the end of each conditional action section, thus indicating what specific action section fired. One can then turn off logging of these specific cyclic events by going to advanced options of the event and checking Do Not Log.
