    Date Formats

    Hi All,

Being the proud owner of a PRO-100, specifically bought because I wanted the small footprint and robust machine, I have it set up and working fine.

The Log however (and I can't remember if this was true of 'Regular' Homeseer) inserts all entries with US date format (mm/dd/yy) rather than UK and European (dd/mm/yy). Whilst this is a minor point, I would like to know if thes can be changed - it's just somewhat annoying and confuses SWMBO (She Who Must Be Obeyed!).

    Anyone help?

There are lots of things deleted from XP to make it lean enough to make it run as well as they do.

It would be in the regional settings.

Mess around with Regional and Language Options in the Control Panel.

Remember to save the settings to the C Drive and then reboot. See if that does it.

      Date Formats in Log

Thanks Bill - tried that one, and unfortunately didn't work.

In all other parts of HS the date is presented fine - just the log.

What version of HomeSeer are you running? I "believe" this was recently fixed. I would at least put in a help desk ticket on the issue.

          Hi Rupp,

According to the log it's HS 2.2.0.66

I'll raise a ticket when I get home.
