Homeseer Phone Messages Quit Showing in Messages

My Pro100 Homeseer 2.5.0.52 voice answering does everything but post the message to the screen. The mp3 files are in the messages folder and I can listen to them manually but they do not show up.

They are listed in the callers.log file. How do I get messages to show up on the Phone - Messages screen where I can play them back, erase them etc.?

I think what I need is the name and path to the file(s) that let the message know there is a message. Maybe it is time for a reload. Is the Phone working in HS3? Thank you, Chris.

Sorry, can't help with the HS2 question as I've been running HS3 for a couple of years now, but HS Phone works well under HS3 for phone messages. Are you using the PCI Modem or the Way2Call device?
