Homeseer 4 and Z-seer+

I am having trouble connecting to my controller using Z-Seer+. I have entered a ticket but have not had a response in more than a week. Has anyone used Z-seer+ with a controller running Homeseer 4?

I'm also having connectivity problems with Z-seer+ and HS4. Local network, it worked on HS3, does not connect regardless using a host name or IP address.

I have also tried uninstalling the app, deleting all config files, and reinstalling, same issue it won't connect.

I figured it out last night after a month.

On the device running HS4.

UFW (on linux) blocks all incoming ports. I had to open TCP 10400 to the network.

#:ufw allow 10400

Then it started working.
