I am new to HS4 from SmartThings. I installed the Z-Tool+ app to my Samsung S10+ and it connects fine to the HS4 server, as does the HomeSeer app and HSBuddy.
I am trying to move all my switches, plugs and all other items from SmartThings to HS - with the intention of doing away with SmartThings completely.
Every time I use Z-Tool to ADD a device I get the error (see image) - but it seems to ADD it anyway. It prompts me to NAME it, and choose FLOOR and ROOM - but none of this ever moves over to HS4. I have to go to the DEVICE in HS4 webpage and name it what I wanted and set the ROOM and FLOOR.
It happens on every ADD. YES, I have used the SmartThings EXCLUDE tool to remove the ZWave Item from SmartThings, before I start to add them to my HS4.
